Back to the first Love

The Spirit of the Lord God revealed to me this morning that to return back to my first love was to allow the Holy Spirit to live the Christ life within me. I said Lord you said to do the works that I did at the first, what is that, I use to think it was reading the word of God at all hours of the day, and pass out tracks but I am not doing those works, so what work am I suppose to be doing? He then revealed John 6:29

Of course that is what they asked Jesus in John 6:29 and the works that I was to do which I did at the beginning was “The work of God is this: to believe in the one whom he has sent.” That is simple Jesus but why is it so hard to accomplish.

When I try to do things by my flesh and try to conquer sin, I find that sin is very much alive in me and I cannot love Jesus Christ by my flesh for my flesh is a condemn thing and deserves nothing but death, for the Holy Spirit says in Romans 8:3 that God condemned sin in the flesh and it is only by the life of Jesus Christ in the Holy Spirit that I can live. Hallelujah!

In the Spirit we worship by the Holy Spirit and we rejoice in Jesus Christ, we find our complete joy in him, He being our hearts desire. And we make no provision for the flesh.

Look at Philippians 3:3 For we [Christians] are the true circumcision, who worship God in spirit and by the Spirit of God and exult and glory and pride ourselves in Jesus Christ, and put no confidence or dependence [on what we are] in the flesh and on outward privileges and physical advantages and external appearances—

Loathing even the garment spotted by the flesh, hating our flesh, and allowing the Holy Spirit to have his rightful place in our lives, for only He can bring honor and glory to Jesus Christ. We owe nothing to our flesh; in fact it stinks in the nostrils of God. But we through the Holy Spirit conquer the putting to death the things of the flesh and when the Holy Spirit of Christ is in control sin looses its power, why? Because the Holy Spirit keeps it crucified, when led by the Holy Spirit we become sons of God,

The Holy Spirit is a very wonderful Holy person; He is God himself who can and wants to live the Christ life. All creation is waiting for the sons of God to be manifested.
