Leadership: At Upbeat with Jesus, we are under the Authority of the Spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ you receive the kind of quality and service you expect from a leader. Our ministry is always having the highest integrity so that we won't cause anyone to stumble in their walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. We also believe of being in the Local Church Fellowship
 
Teamwork: We make it our responsibility to lead others to the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. And to make disciples so they to can grow in the knowledge of the victory of the Cross and the finished work that Christ Jesus did on the cross. We are committed bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to many people;

1. In February of 2007 we added Pastor Richard Berkheiser to Upbeat, and he has and is a blessing to us. And he brings forth the word of our Lord Jesus Christ with such clarity that no one can miss what he is saying. Every first and third Wednesdays we are taping Upbeat at the Lighthouse Christian Book Store. This has been a blessing to us.
2. Our Purpose: At Upbeat with Jesus: Our highest priority is to bring people into the full knowledge of what they have and could achieve in the Gospel. You are important to us and you can expect us to go the extra mile in our Joy of the Lord Ministries.
3. Here is the Gospel: 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 For I passed on to you first of all what I also had received, that Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for our sins in accordance with [what] the Scriptures [foretold], That He was buried, that He arose on the third day as the Scriptures foretold,
4. We are not ashamed: Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the Gospel (good news) of Christ, for it is God's power working unto salvation [for deliverance from eternal death] to everyone who believes with a personal trust and a confident surrender and firm reliance, to the Jew first and also to the Greek,
5. Verse 17 For in the Gospel a righteousness which God ascribes is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed through the way of faith that arouses to more faith]. As it is written, The man who through faith is just and upright shall live and shall live by faith.
